Steps to prepare a spiced apple cuban coffee

This apple and pumpkin spice coffee is a great festive recipe for fall season!

The first step is to prepare a spiced apple syrup. Good to know, to save a bit of time, you can prepare this syrup in advance.

To do so, apple juice, whisky and pumpkin pie spices are mixed together, heated for a few minutes and then left to cool.

Next, all you need to do is prepare the coffee, a mix of espresso coffee, pumpkin pie spices and brown sugar, that you will add to the apple syrup.

Absolutely divine!

For an alcoholic version, add a shot of whisky just before serving!

What is a café cubano?

A café cubano, or Cuban espresso, is a coffee recipe originating from Cuba.

Its particularity lies in the fact that espresso is sweetened with brown sugar during extraction.

Nowadays, this term can refer to any beverage or drink that uses cuban coffee as a basic ingredient.
