The popular Bossa sandwich shop is opening a new concession at Time Out Market in Montréal.

Time Out Market is known for its restaurant selection process, which is based on the concept of editorial choice whereby a team of experts searches for and identifies the city’s top chefs and restaurateurs and then invites them to join the ranks of Time Out Market.

It was only natural that one of the best sandwich bars in Montreal, Bossa Montreal, would set up shop at Time Out Market, joining Campo, Blossom, Il Miglio, Red Tiger, Moleskine and other big names in the restaurant business.

Bossa, a family history in Verdun

Bossa sandwiches

The first Bossa, a family-owned sandwich shop opened in Verdun in 2018 on Wellington Street, before recently opening a 2nd location on Masson Street.

From the moment they opened, their sandwiches quickly captured the hearts of customers with their happy combination of southern Italian family recipes and Philly-style sandwiches.

In fact, the lines in front of the restaurant every day at lunchtime prove it!

The Bossa menu at Time Out Market features many of the classics that have made the place famous, as well as new creations offered exclusively at Time Out Market Montreal, such as the classico sandwich, made with pistachio mortadella, burrata, thinly sliced lemons, arugula and olive oil.

We also find the inevitable Philly Hoagie (balsamic reduction, olive oil, salami, capicollo, mortadella, prosciutto, mozzarella, provolone, hot peppers, marinated eggplant, lettuce with homemade O.G. dressing), the porchetta (aioli, provolone, porchetta, caramelized onions, hot peppers and marinated eggplant and coleslaw) or the Eggplant parmesan which makes a great vegan option (as well as being delicious).

Caesar and house salads, truffle arancini, house chips, marinated olives and desserts also complete the offer.
