This is a comforting and spicy cocktail that will be enjoyed all year long.
In winter, of course, with its warm notes of gin and maple, but also during the Sugar Shack season and in the fall, to accompany a croustade or an apple pie.
I especially appreciate the fact that this recipe requires few ingredients and can be prepared in a flash.
A cocktail that can be served hot or cold
For the hot version, a few seconds in the microwave will be enough to obtain a tasty and invigorating beverage!
For a refreshing version, skip the microwave step and add a few ice cubes just before serving.
A perfect drink for summer!
Le Réduit de Léo
The Réduit de Léo, produced by the distillery Les Subversifs, is a maple-based liqueur.
It is the result of a combination of a pure maple reduction and Marie-Victorin’s Gin
from the same distillery.
It is available at the SAQ (33$).
