Inniskillin Pinot noir Niagara Peninsula 2021

Inniskillin pinot noir

This Niagara Peninsula winery first made a name for itself with its icewine, but the estate’s other wines are also well worth discovering, such as the unoaked chardonnay and the P3.

Inniskillin pinot noir is no exception. In the glass, strawberry and cherry notes are complemented by refreshing acidity and delicate notes of peppery spices. Ageing in oak barrels for 17 months also brings body and structure to this wine.

What do we serve it with? How about a cheese and charcuterie board, brie coulant or duck confit?
