The warmth of the maple liqueur, combined with lemon and maple syrup, makes it an ideal toddy to sip by the fire on a cold winter day.

It is also perfect for soothing irritated throats.

The Réduit de Léo, produced by the distillery Les Subversifs, is a maple-based liqueur.

It is the result of a combination of a pure maple reduction and Marie-Victorin's Gin
from the same distillery.

It is available at the SAQ (33$).
