Whether you're more of a sparkling, flavored, hopped or still cider drinker, you're sure to make some great discoveries at the Soif de cidre event taking place from July 28 to 30, 2023 on the banks of the Lachine Canal at Hangar 1825.
It's an opportunity to meet some thirty producers from all over the province, and enjoy a great time with friends.
Among the producers present will be:
- Chemin des Sept, who produces raw, sulfite-free ciders;
- Cidrerie Lacroix, in the Lower Laurentians, which offers sparkling, ice and fire ciders;
- La Capsule Temporelle, that produces ciders from apples, pears and other berries;
- Cidrerie Le Somnambule, where you're guaranteed to find original ciders;

Other exhibitors include Domaine de Lavoie, Domaine Lafrance, Vergers Archambault, Sommelier Nordiq, Cidrerie Compton, Cidrerie Milton, Pied de Cochon and Verger Hemmingford.
Not just cider!
Presented by the SAQ and organized by Producteurs de cidre du Québec, the event will also feature on-site restaurants, because no, we don't want to enjoy cider on an empty stomach!
The Bistro SAQ, meanwhile, will be offering cider-based cocktails, allowing us to discover the many combinations that can be made between cider and spirits.
There will be a range of activities on site including a lucky wheel, mini-golf courses, games and more.
